Greek football club “Panathinaikos” became interested in the 26-year-old Ukrainian midfielder of Dnipro-1 Alexander Pikhalenok.

It is reported newspao.gr. According to the source, Panathinaikos was offered to sign the 26-year-old football player in the fall of 2023, when the team was looking for a midfielder. Then the Ukrainian could be purchased for 1.8 million euros, but now he is already worth 3 million, which clearly complicates the interests of the club.

The source also notes that it will be difficult for Panathinaikos to sign Pikhalenok if Dnipro-1 takes a place in the top 2 of the Premier League and gets into the Champions League.

This season Oleksandr has played 30 matches for Dnipro-1 in all competitions, scoring 6 goals and 11 assists.
