Berserkers signed Nazariy Sushak
Pupil of the Vinnytsia hockey school and ex-goalkeeper of the junior national team of Ukraine Nazariy Sushak will continue his career in Berserkers. Last season, 20-year-old Sushak acted as a backup goalkeeper for Dnipro Kherson, so he played in only 5 matches of the season, in which he conceded 13 goals (84.88% of shots made).
Thus, Nazariy returned to his native Vinnitsa, where the Berserkers have been based for the second year. “It is in Vinnytsia at the Ice Arena in the park that we plan to hold home matches next season,” the head coach of the Kharkiv club told Sport.ua. Pavel Legachev.
Please note that Sushak has already become the 26th Berserkers player who signed an employment contract with the team. Earlier, the club informed that two and a half dozen players had valid agreements with the team until April 30, 2024, including Bohdan Dyachenko, loaned to Sokol for the end of last season, and Evgeny Abadzhyan and Philip Matvienko to Kremenchuk. Let’s add that almost the entire last year’s team line-up has been preserved in the holder of the Kharkiv team.
