Bindl and Yastremskaya’s rivals in the 1/64 finals of Roland Garros became known
Two Ukrainian tennis players Katerina Beindl (WTA 80) and Dayana Yastremskaya (WTA 144) recognized the opponents in the first round of the French Open Tennis Championship 2023.
In the 1/64 finals of the competition, Katerina will meet with Olga Danilovich (WTA 104) from Serbia. Olga qualified for the French Major, beating Heather Watson, Yanina Wickmayer and Erika Andreeva on her way. Bindl and Danilovic will play each other for the first time.
Dayana at the start of the main draw of Roland Garros 2023 will play with Donnoy Vekic (WTA 22) from Croatia. Donna is seeded 22nd. The girls have already met 4 times, the Ukrainian won three times. The last fight was for the representative of Croatia. Recall that Yastremskaya successfully overcame the qualifying sieve.
