“Chelsea sacking was a shock”

Bayern’s new head coach Thomas Tuchel has admitted that being sacked by Chelsea last September came as a complete surprise to him:

“It was a shock. The meeting lasted only 3-5 minutes at 8 am. We all thought we were on the right track and we had more time to build something.

Now I have found a new challenge and I am happy to be here,” said Tuchel.
