Former player of Kyiv “Dynamo”, London “Arsenal” and the national team of Ukraine Oleg Luzhny can become the head coach of Karpaty Lviv.
The Lviv club intends to seriously strengthen the squad in the summer transfer window in order to reach the Premier League.

Oleg Luzhny worked as a coach at Dynamo Kyiv, where he was twice the acting head coach. Luzhny also headed Tavria (2012-2013), worked in the Carpathians (2016) and was an assistant to Oleksandr Khatskevich at Dynamo (2017-2019).
As previously reported, the Karpaty mentor resigned Andrey Tlumakwho did not complete the task for the season – to bring the Lviv team to the Premier League.
