The website of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine published a list of athletes who went abroad with special permission, but did not return after the end of the sporting event. There are 236 names on the list in total.
The list includes football players Artem Gromov (AEK Larnaca) and Vladislav Kulach (Zira), esportsman Viktor Orudzhev (sdy, captain of the CS:GO Monte team) and figure skater Andrey Kokura.
